We Nails continues to ensure a healthful environment for our clients by upholding a no smoking policy.


To allow plenty of time to park your car and check in, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time.

Late Arrivals

Appointments will be held for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, we consider this as a “NO SHOW” and the appointment may be given away. Please note that a late arrival will determine the length of your services and your service will end accordingly so that the next guest is not delayed. You will be responsible for the full service fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services due to other committed appointments.



We strictly require a 24-hour notice of cancellation for all services. Please call 24 hours in advance so that we have the opportunity to offer the time to another client on our waiting list. This process allows us to offer our services at a competitive price. However, be aware that if you repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice, we reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment that will be deducted from the total amount due during the scheduled appointment. After three cancelations, a credit card will be required to book all future appointments.  Please provide 72 hours notice for group cancellations. “No Show” appointments will be charged half of the schedule service price. No Show appointments and Less than 24 Hour notice cancellations during the week of a holiday will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service. *Cancellation policy for private parties and group events follows a different policy outlined in the Private Party Agreement.

Child Policy

Our services are reserved for you and other clients for a total relaxation. For this reason and for insurance liability, no children please unless being serviced.


For your safety, and ours, our premises are monitored with digital video surveillance and will be recorded.


Cash is preferred. We have atm if using cards or Venmo, but no personal checks, please. Tipping is customary.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are not refundable or exchangeable at any time.

Personal Items

We Nails is not responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.

We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service:

  • Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
  • Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
  • Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services
  • Anyone more than 15 minutes late for an appointment
  • Anyone visibly intoxicated
  • Rude, mean, or disrespectful people


Once services are rendered, paid for, and you leave the salon – we do not issue refunds.

If you’re not happy with your color or service for any reason, we ask that you mention it to your nail tech or the Guest Services Coordinator DURING your service, before the second hand or foot is polished so we can adjust accordingly.

Should anything arise after your visit, we have a 2 day policy for regular polish and 3 day policy for nail enhancements to text for a consultation. We will not comp any services for repairs due to outside damage not done from the application.

Nail Enhancements:

Due to different chemical composition, we HIGHLY recommend new enhancement not originally done at our salon during your first visit. For the best adhesion, we recommend a new, full-set with our quality product. For that reason, we don’t not warranty services done to previous enhancement.

Regular maintenance is required for proper upkeep, any appointments over three (4) weeks may be subject to full set pricing due to growth and the amount of product being used.
